Toshali Vidyapitha (EIN-11-3298466) is a tax-exempt charitable Private Foundation under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), registered in the State of New York in 1996.

Along with its non-profit sister organization, Shraddha Foundation Trust, registered in the State of Odisha, India, in 1997, Toshali Vidyapitha has been running a free residential high school, Rtapalli Vidyapitha (www.shraddha.org) for underprivileged children after establishing it near Bhubaneswar, Odisha, in 1997. Rtapalli Vidyapitha in Odia means the Place of Learning in the Village of Truth

Toshali Vidyapitha shares deeply and echoes the sentiments expressed by Shraddha Foundation, "Each and every child is endowed with God's gift. Society must provide the requisite love, care and opportunity for them to blossom. Shraddha Foundation is dedicated to our children. We will strive to see them grow by standing on Rta and Shraddha." Rta in Sanskrit stands for Truth and Dharma, the cosmic intelligence that sustains the universe. Shraddha means faith and love in Odia.

Toshali Vidyapitha has been funding Shraddha Foundation since 1996 for the sole purpose of establishing and running Rtapalli Vidyapitha. Their daughter organization, Rtasrota, established and registered by the former students of Rtapalli (known as Rtashrees), has been contributing funds to Shraddha since 2012 to supplement its funds from Toshali.
